Glass Rooms are designed using double insulated glass windows with options that open or frozen picture windows. The walls and roof are constructed from 3″,4″, even 6″ thick insulated panels that are available in white, bronze, and ivory color. We use only Energy Star tested and approved products on our glass rooms.
Patio Enclosures are economical
Eze-Breeze was developed by PGT Industries as an inexpensive alternative to traditional glass. It is 100% vinyl film stretched across an aluminum window frame. It will not crack, break, or dis-color over time. Eze-Breeze carries a 10 year limited warranty from the manufacturer. Available in clear or grey tint.

They come in four different colors: White, Ivory, Clay, and Bronze. Each patio cover we install comes with a complete 2 year leak warranty. Lights and ceiling fans can be installed with hidden wires for a clean and presentable look.

Bottom line: Great! The first team only worked from 9am to 3pm. The second team worked longer hours. Lots of leaky places because structure was so level rainwater wouldn’t drain. However, Darryl came back 5 times. He chased each leak down and stopped it, even applied some creative solutions. Always showed up when he promised or he called. Result is a most enjoyable sunroom – only Tropical Storm Cindy overwhelmed the drainage system at the bottom of each window a little. We would definitely recommend Darryl and Coastal Improvements
